Frequently asked questions.

Women founders, aspiring founders, and women interested in learning how to build businesses. Some members are actively building, others are still exploring ideas. Our purpose is to empower more women to become entrepreneurs, and to make the ones already building even stronger.

We are highly vetted and deliberately small. We care about quality over quantity, so we are not chasing thousands of members. What matters to us is that the same people keep coming back, starting out unsure what to build and eventually having built something.

No. Plenty of members joined before they had an idea at all.

No. Our events are open and first-timers are always welcome. Everyone who attends is vetted first, and membership is invite only.

Yes, as long as they RSVP through our events page so we can vet them first. Ask them to add your name as the referrer.

Our core sessions are for women. Men are welcome at our mixers, one-off events, and Founder Labs+.

Start by filling out our join form. From there, invitations go out to members we have met in person and gotten to know across a few events.

There is no membership fee. Most events are free too. Founder Labs+ is our one paid format, and some special events may be ticketed.

Our full name is Entrepreneurship Roundtable. That was a mouthful, so we shortened it to entR, which is also the university course code for entrepreneurship in the US.
