Come to help, not to sell
No pitching, no soliciting, no working the room. If you are here to find customers, this is not the right community.
Community Guidelines
entR works because of how people show up. These are the things we ask of everyone in the room, whether you have been with us since the beginning or this is your first event.
No pitching, no soliciting, no working the room. If you are here to find customers, this is not the right community.
Assume everything shared is off the record unless the person says otherwise. That includes numbers, struggles, and anything shared in the WhatsApp group.
Tell people about us. Post photos, tag us, spread the word, that is how we grow. Just do not repeat anything shared as confidential, and use your judgement about what belongs online.
Nobody here needs the highlight reel. Half-formed ideas and hard weeks are welcome, and they are usually the most useful things in the room.
Small rooms only work if everyone gets to speak. Notice when you have been talking a while, and notice who hasn't.
Do not spam or cold pitch members, guests, or speakers. Following up with someone you actually met and spoke with is different, and that is what this is for.
Our events are small, so a no-show means an empty seat someone else wanted. Cancel early if your plans change. We do keep track.
Direct feedback is welcome. Dismissiveness, condescension, and self-promotion disguised as advice are not.
If someone makes you uncomfortable, tell us. You can reach Tina at tlaw@klipy.ai and it stays between us. We take this seriously, and we would rather lose a member than lose the room.
Our events are open, and first timers are always welcome. Membership and the private WhatsApp group are invite only, and we extend them to people who show up in the spirit of the guidelines above.
Building is hard. You don't have to do it alone.
